Launching 20131.com: waitlist open, EN + ZH, honest by default
2026-09-27 — first public revision of 20131.com. This is a changelog, not a campaign: exactly what shipped today, and what did not.
Shipped
- 15 pages in English and Simplified Chinese: Home, Features, How It Works, Security, Supported Agents, Supported OS, Roadmap, Early Access, Docs, Blog, Pricing, Support, Community, Press Kit, Status
- Early Access waitlist: POST to a self-hosted endpoint (SQLite + per-IP rate limiting + honeypot field + confirm page). No third-party email or analytics services
- i18n architecture with 19 locale slots (en and zh-cn generated today) and hreflang on every page
- Structured data: Organization, WebSite, BreadcrumbList per page; llms.txt, sitemap.xml, robots.txt; every page carries Title/Meta/H1/Canonical/OG/JSON-LD generated from one source
- Pricing numbers served from /pricing.json (remote config) — the HTML of the Pricing page contains no prices
- HTTP→HTTPS enforced; Open Graph image and logo shipped
Deliberately not shipped
- No downloadable product yet: Early Access builds follow the roadmap phases; the docs hub is a skeleton and the security whitepaper is a placeholder
- No dates on the roadmap, no benchmarks until they are reproducible, no testimonials (we have no users yet)
- No translation beyond en/zh-cn yet — the other 17 locale slots are architecture, not content
Next
Phase 0 engineering lands first: the cross-platform monitor builds, install guides with screenshots, and the MCP gateway research notes — as changelog entries, each with what broke and what we fixed.
